My name is Tiffanny Hicks, I organized the annual barber competition, known as “The Barber Takeover TN to bring together professionals from across the country. My event focus is on education, community building, and spotlighting exceptional talent through fair competition. I believe in using the G.R.A.C.E. philosophy - Growth of small businesses, Respect for Diversity, Awareness of Mental and Financial health, Challenging mediocrity, and Education - to uplift the entire barber community. Through partnerships with top educators and schools, we create valuable learning experiences while celebrating our shared passion for barbering.
